Using ReelSync

By using ReelSync you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect, and you are responsible for activity on your ReelSync account.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give ReelSync permission to store, process and publish your content only as needed to provide the service you request.

You may only upload or import videos you created or have the rights holder's permission to post.

Platform rules

Posts you publish through ReelSync must follow Instagram's terms and community guidelines. Instagram may limit, remove or restrict content independently of ReelSync.

Prohibited use

• Posting content you don't have the rights to.
• Spam, impersonation, or misleading content.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data, or to scrape any platform.
• Interfering with the service or its security.

AI suggestions

Captions, hashtags and titles are suggestions. Review them before publishing. We don't guarantee views, reach, followers or any other result.

Availability

We work to publish on schedule but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform outages, API changes or limits may delay or prevent a post.

Termination

You can stop using ReelSync and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

ReelSync is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or content removed by a platform.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use ReelSync means you accept the updated terms.
