Import from TikTok

1 · Get your TikTok export

  1. In TikTok: Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data.
  2. Choose JSON and All data, then request it.
  3. When TikTok says it's ready (usually within a few days), download it.
  4. Drop it here the same day. The video links inside expire after a few days.

    1. Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
    2. Pick Some of your information → Followers and following.
    3. Choose Download to device, format JSON, date range All time.
